Oracle has announced a $1 billion, four-year commitment to its partner ecosystem, aimed at helping partners capitalize on rising customer demand for AI-powered solutions and services. The news was shared at Oracle AI World.
The investment covers new and expanded Oracle PartnerNetwork benefits, including training and certification, technical enablement, development and testing environments, cloud migration funding, go-to-market collaboration and commercialization through Oracle Marketplace. Partners will be supported in building differentiated offerings such as specialized applications, integrations and AI agents, selling alongside Oracle, delivering customer projects and driving ongoing success through tools including Oracle AI Success Navigator.
The ecosystem spans systems integrators, independent software vendors, cloud and managed service providers, distributors, resellers and advisory firms working across Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related AI services.
Mark Hura, president of Oracle Global Field Operations, said partners extend Oracle’s sales reach and delivery capacity while bringing their own innovation, helping the company reach more customers and deliver at scale.
Leah Yomtovian, senior vice president of Partner, Sales, and Operations Strategy, said the program is designed to reflect partners’ differing business models, giving them greater choice in how they build, sell and deliver with Oracle while bringing more specialized expertise to customers.
