Insider Brief

  • Realbotix launched its Echo humanoid line for companionship, education and wellness, with prices starting at $11,950 and initial deliveries planned for 2027.
  • The company plans an initial run of 225 Echo Tabletop units and 25 Echo Full Body robots, with the larger model priced at $59,950.
  • Echo supports more than 100 languages, integrates with AI platforms from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and can pair with an online digital twin that carries the same character, preferences and encrypted memories.

Realbotix has launched a new line of humanoid robots aimed at companionship, education and wellness, with prices starting at $11,950 and initial deliveries planned for 2027.

According to the Las Vegas-based company, it will initially produce 225 Echo Tabletop units and 25 Echo Full Body robots. Customers can reserve a unit with a $199 deposit through a redesigned direct-to-consumer website.

“Echo robots represent a major step forward in Realbotix’s mission to improve human lives through social robots,” CEO Andrew Kiguel said in the announcement. “By focusing on companionship, education, and wellness, we are creating companions that support, educate, and care for people in meaningful ways.”

Echo Lineup

The Echo line includes two models:

Echo Tabletop — $11,950. The 25-pound desktop robot has 17 degrees of freedom and measures about 32 inches tall. Realbotix said it is intended for uses including one-on-one education, therapy and personal wellness.

Echo Full Body — $59,950. The approximately 90-pound humanoid has 39 degrees of freedom. Female versions stand 72 inches tall, while male versions measure 77 inches.

Both models use Realbotix’s facial-expression technology and chest-mounted speakers. Customers can choose among four characters — Aria, Mila, Dave and Amar — with different personalities, voices and interaction styles.

Realbotix said Echo can integrate with AI platforms from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google and supports more than 100 languages. The robots can respond in the language spoken to them.

Each physical robot is also paired with an online digital version carrying the same character, voice, preferences and encrypted memories. Subscribers can interact with the character from a phone, tablet or computer and then continue the same conversation with the physical robot. The company said faces, heads and bodies can be replaced separately, allowing owners to change a robot’s appearance or adapt it for different uses.

Vinci Vision System

Realbotix is also offering its Vinci vision system as an optional upgrade. The system processes conversations and visual information locally and can perform facial recognition, detect emotional cues, track gaze and maintain spatial and temporal awareness, according to the company.

Use of Echo requires a monthly AI subscription, with basic and enterprise tiers. Realbotix said the enterprise plan adds more advanced AI features, deeper personality modeling and priority updates. Reservations are open for the 2027 production run, while organizations ordering 10 or more robots can request volume pricing from the company.
